Admission

• If your child does not have a personal number yet, enter the date of birth followed by xxxx (e.g. 20YYMMDD-XXXX).
• To keep your place in the queue you MUST renew your application every 12 months.
• To renew your application fill in this same form. The personal number will be recognised and your application will be updated.
• We will contact families in April if you are to be offered a place.
• Admissions for August will be completed by the end of April of each year. We have an August intake, not a January intake.
• Applications must be made using this online form.
• Applications are not accepted over the phone or via email.

It is important to remember that we are a small school with a limited number of spaces. In the younger years there can be over 200 applications for fewer than 10 places. We are very grateful for the massive interest in the school but you need to apply to other schools as well as ESG.
